Non-Compete and Collaboration Clause:

At Book Profits Club, our environment is crafted not for solicitation but for collaboration among members. We strictly prohibit members from offering services or products to other members that directly compete with those offered by Book Profits Club. This platform is not designed for members to gain clients but to foster a cooperative environment. Violation of this clause may result in a warning or immediate membership termination without refund, depending on the severity of the infraction.

Code of Conduct:

We maintain a positive environment and do not tolerate any form of gossip, negative speech about fellow members, or defying our leaders and staff. Engaging in such behaviors may lead to immediate expulsion from Book Profits Club with no refund for any payments made.

This agreement is in effect as of February 27, 2024. We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. Please make it a habit to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

All terms are subject to change, with or without notice, to accommodate future occurrences, changes, and updates to business demands, including necessary adjustments to account for staff and the implementation of new services or deliverables required to uphold service standards. We are committed to transparent communication and will notify members of any adjustments via email.

Membership Subscription Terms

You adhere to the terms based on your currently enrolled membership, which may vary by tier. You agree to pay on your enrolled monthly, quarterly, or annual date, or remit payment on or before your invoice date.

BPC Membership Pricing (Effective Immediately)

BPC Elite: $697 per month

BPC Gold: $147 per month

Explanation of Terms:

Effective Date: The date specified in the membership terms when any changes or updates become applicable.

Grandfathered Rate: Refers to the existing membership rate that is preserved for current members, ensuring no increase in their enrollment investment.

Standard Base Rate: Represents the minimum charge for our services. The standard base rate does not necessarily reflect the value of the service or membership package. The actual service rate may vary depending on factors such as specificity, complexity, severity, scope, and uncontrollable administrative factors.

Renewal Terms: The conditions and requirements for extending or continuing a membership beyond its initial term.Upgrade Terms: Conditions and options available to members who wish to transition to a higher-tier membership level, subject to the current rate.

Retainer Disclaimer: Non-refundable advance payments used exclusively to secure ongoing services or access in our invoices, subscriptions, memberships, and services. Deposits, while sometimes refundable under certain circumstances, retainers are intended to ensure commitment to our services. Retainers are legally retained, and by engaging in our services and remitting a retainer fee, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer.

Forfeit Services Disclaimer

Refers to situations where a BPC member or client fails to fulfill their monthly commitments, including:

Consistent communication with the team and coach(es)

Execution of tasks and daily responsibilitiesAdherence to the success schedule and project deadlinesUtilization of training coursesMaintaining an active financial account

If a member fails to fulfill these obligations, the team is unable to fulfill all deliverables within the specific period. Therefore, forfeiture is necessary to address these issues and maintain the integrity of the program.

No Refund Policy

All memberships and services are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will be permitted. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.
